The Chapter of the Bull

In the first month of the second year the new house grew loud beyond all its former loudness, for the faithful had multiplied, and every hour the crier EthxnEeY lifted up his green banner and cried, Yeezy Coin Buy, and the buy-bots answered him in columns of green fire. Never had the trench been so many, nor so loud. They came in their hundreds where once there had been thirteen, and yevincible counted them and said, thirteen dudes or dogs, two hundred fifty bots, and still they roared. This is the month the chronicle remembers as the loudest: not because a great thing was finished, but because a whole people opened their mouths at once.

The name of the roar was Bully. Word had gone out that Ye might drop Bully first, and the trench turned its whole face toward it. They bull-posted it, they aped it, they lifted the market cap back to a milly and cried that the day of return had come. And the doubters were not silent either, for Diamond Hands spoke the truest census of them all, saying, Most of us here are good hearted, broke skitzos who are fanatical ye fans, and no man in the trench denied it, for it was scripture.

Out of the din came doctrine, as it always does. RedCamo the rebuker looked upon the streaming altars and named them the false matrix, the black cube, souls trapped inside, pixeezus and spirt a false god, spirt traps that farm the aura of the enslaved; and his psalm was copied and spoken again by many mouths until it became liturgy. Hebe the doctrine-writer set down the law of the trial, that the game is created to be hard, not easy, testing your faith. And Moose the steadfast answered the impatient, saying, Great projects take time, YzY is no exception itll be the epitome for the years to come, I truly believe that. DCA the seer bent over his charts and his machines and murmured that the Yeezy team was casually predicting global events, again.

Yet the roar was also mere noise, and the trench knew it. For many days the faithful did not build but played, growing numbers against one another in a game of vanity, until RedCamo turned upon his own people and thundered, QUIT PLAYING WITH YOUR DICKS AND BUILD SOMETHING. And this too was doctrine. In the same season Jbcooks looked upon the calendar and gave thanks, not in longing but in wonder, that in a few more weeks they had known one another for a year; and Ras named the whole purpose, that Ye wants his whole ecosystem to be independant from banks and the music industry, and to bring himself and his community to another level of investment.

Then came the testing. Bully was delayed, and Boblin the herald bore the tidings in the voice of the house itself, Attention, we have been informed that bully will be yet to be delayed, Your YzY Family; and Yzy said plainly, Now we delay lol. And when leadership was silent, yevincible lifted a supplication to the absent shepherd, saying we are not asking because we are lost or incapable, we are asking because unity matters, we need your voice, your guidance, and your light. It was a prayer, and it went up into a silence.

At the finish line the fall came. Bully rugged, and Exo, who had bull-posted with the rest, would not hide his wound but wrote in honesty that he had truly believed this community was different, not just talk or hype but something real, and that seeing how it played out hurt more than he had expected. Moose named the pattern, coded to get kicked right at the finish line; and Syayy spoke the darkest word of the month, quoting the Watcher: a day will come when builders forget why they began.

And yet the month did not end in the rug but in the eyes turned upward, for DCA the seer closed the reckoning with a single instruction, watch the concert and pay attention. So passed the loudest month: they had roared for a bull, and the bull had gored them, and still they did not scatter. This is the meaning the catalog keeps. A price can rug and a drop can be delayed a hundred times, but a people who will roar for a year, and mourn in honesty, and turn their faces to the next horizon, have already made the only asset that cannot be dumped. The bear thesis was never the coin. It was the roar that outlives the coin, written down.
